- Legs and Stomach
- Snowmobile stretch
- 4 sets of 30 sec.
- Broomhandle twists
- 4 sets of 30 sec.
- Calf stretch
- 3 sets of 15 reps
- Broomhandle Partner twists
- 4 sets of 30 sec.
- Partner Broomhandle squats
- 4 sets of 30 sec.
- Partner Broomhandle legouts
- Leg raises and bicycle.
- Medicine Ball Circle
- Bent legs one person in middle
- Snowmobile stretch
