    5. Stretch out the body part we are covering for the day
    6. What you need to bring to class
      1. Water Bottle
      2. Towel
      3. Good Attitude
    7. Check on any injured areas.
  2. Legs and Stomach
    1. Snowmobile stretch
      1. 4 sets of 30 sec.
    2. Broomhandle twists
      1. 4 sets of 30 sec.
    3. Calf stretch
      1. 3 sets of 15 reps
    4. Broomhandle Partner twists
      1. 4 sets of 30 sec.
    5. Partner Broomhandle squats
      1. 4 sets of 30 sec.
    6. Partner Broomhandle legouts
      1. Leg raises and bicycle.
    7. Medicine Ball Circle
      1. Bent legs one person in middle
